Hanoi City gives 3 billion VND to support Nghe An people to overcome the consequences of natural disasters

In order to share some of the difficulties with the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province, on behalf of the leaders of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, comrade Nguyen Thi Tuyen - Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee presented funds to support the people of Nghe An province to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.

The amount of 3 billion VND was taken from the City Relief Fund to support the people of Nghe An province who suffered losses due to floods to overcome difficulties, build and repair damaged houses, buy trees, seeds, materials, means of production, and stabilize their lives. This amount will be transferred to the Relief Fund of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city expressed its hope that with this support, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province will promptly deploy activities to support people to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Thai Thanh Quy sincerely thanked the good sentiments and timely encouragement of the Party Committee and people of Hanoi city for the Party Committee and people of Nghe An province.

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy affirmed that this attention and support is an important source of motivation for the Party Committee and people of Nghe An province to soon overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and develop the socio-economy. Nghe An province will direct the reasonable, effective, and proper use of the funding sources that the Party Committee and people of Hanoi city have supported, with priority given to supporting livelihoods and restoring production for people after the floods.
