Vinh City will auction 4 new land plots

In 2020, Vinh City People's Committee built a plan to auction 2,209 land lots of 44 residential land subdivision planning areas, with the expected revenue of 869 billion VND.

Of the 44 planning areas, 4 have basically completed infrastructure construction and are preparing to put into land fund.Auction, 40 planning areas are implementing procedures for compensation and site clearance (with legal basis). In addition, there are 25 planning areas for land division.

4 land plots of Vinh city are preparing to be auctioned in the coming time, specifically as follows: Land subdivision planning area in block 9, Quan Bau ward (4.3 ha); Land subdivision planning area in block 6, wardBau Restaurant(1.82 ha); Land subdivision planning area in My Hau hamlet, Hung Dong commune (7.7 ha); Land subdivision planning area in Duc Vinh hamlet, Hung Loc commune (7.2 ha). The total of 4 land plots is 20.32 ha, expected to earn 412 billion VND.

The city will allocate the 2020 budget to pay for compensation for site clearance, infrastructure construction for resettlement planning areas, and land fund exploitation planning; Linking resettlement land planning with land fund exploitation to create a source of funding for site clearance compensation and infrastructure construction for resettlement land planning areas.

It is known that in the first 9 months of the year,Vinh citycollected more than 2,000 billion VND in taxes, of which land use fees were 1,000 billion VND.
