Vinh City continues to maintain epidemic prevention checkpoints
(Baonghean.vn) - Although the People's Committee of Nghe An province has issued a decision to stop implementing social isolation according to Directive 16 to switch to implementing social distancing according to Directive 15, the blockade checkpoints in Vinh City continue to be maintained.

In the latest plan issued on the morning of July 3, Vinh City People's Committee said that it will remove checkpoints set up by wards and communes to fully control epidemic prevention and control measures such as: presenting a certificate of rapid test results or negative PCR test within 3 days, making medical declarations, spraying disinfectants according to regulations...
Previously, on the afternoon of July 2, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 2258/QD-UBND on stopping social isolation according to Directive No. 16/CT-TTg and switching to social distancing according to Directive No. 15/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister, for Vinh city, starting from 0:00 on July 3, 2021.

The Provincial People's Committee also authorized the Chairman of the Vinh City People's Committee to base on Decision No. 2686/QD-BCĐ dated May 31, 2021 of the National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on promulgating "Regulations on assessing the level of risk and corresponding administrative measures in preventing and controlling the Covid-19 epidemic" to propose additional solutions suitable to the actual situation in the area. At the same time, report to the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation results.
At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Vinh City People's Committee, the Provincial Police, the Department of Health and related Departments and Branches based on their functions and tasks to coordinate and implement the contents as directed in this Decision 2258.
