Vinh City Party Committee mobilizes and appoints Deputy Head of Organizing Committee
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 9, in Vinh city, a conference was held to announce the decision to transfer and appoint the Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Board. Attending and handing over the decision was comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee.

Accordingly, comrade Hoang Thi Hai Yen - Director of the Vietnam - Germany Children's Cultural House was transferred to work at the Vinh City Party Committee's Organization Board and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Board, for a term of 5 years (2019 - 2024).
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, comrade Phan Duc Dong - Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee congratulated comrade Hoang Thi Hai Yen on her new position. The city leaders also hoped that she would continue to practice, improve her professional qualifications, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
