(Baonghean.vn)- On the morning of March 1, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ly (64 years old), residing in Block 3, Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district, climbed onto the roof of the grandstand at the district stadium to remove a banner and unfortunately fell to the ground and died.

A section of the roof broke off, causing the victim to fall to his death.

According to witnesses, at that time, Mr. Ly climbed onto the roof of the stands at the district stadium to remove the banner. While sitting on the roof, the corrugated iron roof where Mr. Ly was sitting came loose from the screws, causing Mr. Ly to suddenly fall onto the stands.

Discovering the incident, many people around quickly took him to the emergency room, however due to severe head injuries, the victim died on the way to the hospital.
