(Baonghean.vn) - By the morning of May 25, 7 more kiosks at Cua Hoi beach (Cua Lo town) had voluntarily dismantled, according to the agreement in the annual business premises lease contract with Nghi Hoa Ward People's Committee. Previously, on May 23, 2019, at a dialogue between authorities at all levels and local households, Vice Chairman of Cua Lo Town People's Committee Vo Van Hung affirmed that he would arrange new business locations for all business households that voluntarily dismantled and handed over the premises to the state before May 25.

It is known that according to the planning, this new business location is located in Nghi Hoa ward, near Binh Minh road and Cua Hoi beach, very convenient for food and beverage business. Accordingly, with an area of 6.5 hectares, equivalent to 100 locations will be handed over to households with a spirit of self-discipline and good compliance with state regulations.

After the dialogue with the authorities, many businesses were aware of the problem, so they agreed to receive support money and voluntarily dismantled their kiosks to hand over to the state.

Currently, authorities at all levels of Cua Lo town have prepared plans to be ready to take action to clear kiosks that do not comply with the return of land according to the provisions of law.

In particular, the town will resolutely use strong measures to clear the land and will not support or arrange for business resumption for any business households that deliberately delay and refuse to dismantle their kiosks and hand over the land to the state./.
