Cua Lo town selects contractor to make detailed planning for the Eastern Forest Park of Binh Minh Street

From the end of September 2022,People's Committee of Cua Lo townApproved the Plan for selecting contractors to prepare detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Eastern Forest Park Area of ​​Binh Minh Street.

According to the plan, the project of Establishing detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Eastern Forest Park Area of ​​Binh Minh Street, Cua Lo Town includes 2 packages. Package 1: Consulting on preparing bidding documents, evaluating bidding documents (package price is 11,508,000 VND); Package 2: Consulting on topographic survey, establishing detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 for the Eastern Forest Park Area of ​​Binh Minh Street (package price is 1,678,848,000 VND). The capital source is from the budget of Cua Lo Town in Resolution No. 13/QD-HDND dated September 22, 2022 of the People's Council of Cua Lo Town.

Head of the Urban Management Department, Mr. Hoang Nang Hiep said that in order to select a reputable and capable contractor, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town has directed the investor, the Management Board of the town's construction investment projects, to announce the invitation for bids on the National Bidding Network of the Ministry of Planning and Investment according to regulations. By the end of November 2, the bidding packages had closed, moving to the step of bid evaluation and approval of bidding results.

Regarding the planning idea, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town will require the winning bidder to properly implement the goals and principles that the Provincial People's Committee has pointed out in Decision No. 362/QD-UBND dated February 2, 2020 on approving the detailed construction planning task at a scale of 1/500 for the Eastern Forest Park Area of ​​Binh Minh Street.

Specifically, the goal of the detailed planning is to build Cua Lo beach to meet the requirements of "Modern, unique, distinctive, friendly and highly economically efficient", becoming one of the beautiful beaches of the North Central region, to attract tourists to visit, travel, entertain and work, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Cua Lo town and Nghe An province.

“To create unity and continuity for the entire Eastern Forest Park of Binh Minh Street, ensuring the goals set by the Provincial People's Committee, Cua Lo town will request a consulting unit to plan the entire length of the beach from Vinpearl to crossroad No. 1 to Lan Chau Island…” - Head of Urban Management Department, Mr. Hoang Nang Hiep added.

According to the investigation, up to now, out of 209 kiosks in the Eastern Forest Park of Binh Minh Street, 205 kiosks have been dismantled and cleared; the remaining 4 kiosks have been moved and have not been cleared yet. These 4 kiosks are located in the premises of Guest House 382, ​​under the management of Thu Thuy Ward.
