(Baonghean.vn) - In 2015, farmers' associations at all levels of Hoang Mai town effectively implemented emulation movements.

The Good Farmers Movement has become a vibrant emulation movement with strong influence. Currently, there are more than 5,500 good farmers at all levels, of which 20 households have reached the Central level. Notably, one member participated in the Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2015 - 2020 and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister.

The movement to build new rural areas was organized by the association at all levels to propagate and mobilize farmer members to participate in donating land, assets, money and labor to build rural roads, build cultural houses and beautify urban areas. More than 1,500 members participated in donating nearly 31,000 m2 of land, more than 13,000 m2 of fences, contributing more than 4,300 working days and nearly 25.7 billion VND to build new rural areas.

In addition, the movement of helping each other to sustainably reduce poverty, supporting farmers with capital, technology, and fertilizers has been focused on by all levels of the association. Regular attention is paid to the training and development of association staff at all levels, advising the Party Committee on the arrangement and use of association staff. Currently, 10/10 key association staff are participating in the Party Committee, thereby improving the quality of the staff to meet the development requirements of the association movement in the new period.
