(Baonghean.vn) - Driver THV, residing in Nghi Phong commune (Nghi Loc) has just been administratively fined for drinking and driving; in addition to being fined nearly 35 million VND, this person also had his driver's license revoked for 23 months.
Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision to impose administrative penalties in the field of road and railway traffic against Mr. THV (residing in Nghi Phong, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An province).

Previously, the Cua Lo Town Police (Nghe An) discovered that Mr. THV was driving a car on Pham Nguyen Du Street with signs of violation, so they asked him to stop the car for inspection. The results of the on-site alcohol test showed that Mr. V.'s alcohol concentration exceeded 0.4 mg/liter of breath (specifically 0.475 mg/liter of breath).
For the act of using alcohol while driving, according to Decree 100/2019/ND-CP, Mr. THV was administratively fined 35 million VND. In addition to the administrative fine, driver V. also had his driver's license revoked for 23 months.
