The 'deafening' aroma of wild rat meat at Muong Long Heaven's Gate
(Baonghean.vn) - With an altitude of 1,500m, Muong Long this season seems to be immersed in mist and clouds. In the very cold weather, the temperature sometimes drops to only 5-6 degrees Celsius, the fire is still the place to keep the Mong people's houses warm. By the flickering red fire, there is nothing more interesting and attractive than sipping a cup of corn wine with fragrant grilled wild rat meat. Wild rat meat has now become a specialty of the people living in Muong Long Heaven Gate.
