Notice of recruitment of civil servants in 2022

1. Conditions for admission:

People who meet the following conditions, regardless of ethnicity, gender, social status, beliefs, or religion, can register to apply for civil service recruitment:

a) Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam;

b) 18 years of age or older;

c) Have an application form;

d) Have a clear background;

d) Have a diploma, training certificate, practice certificate or have skills suitable for the job position;

2. Number of employees and professional requirements:

Recruiting civil servants to work at the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center under the Nghe An Department of Transport:

Recruitment position: Professional staff.

Quantity: 03 people.

Professional requirements: University graduate.

3. Priority: Have worked in the field of Motor Vehicle Inspection for 2 years or more; have talent for social and union activities.

4. Recruitment form: Selection.

5. Application documents include:

- Application form (according to Form 01 attached to Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government);

- CV according to the prescribed form, certified by the People's Committee of the commune, ward or town where the candidate resides or the agency or organization where the candidate is working or studying.

- Copy of birth certificate.

- Diplomas, certificates, academic transcripts that meet the requirements of the recruitment position and other related documents do not need to be notarized or certified by a competent authority, but must be certified on the copy as the original, signed by the candidate and responsible before the law (when admitted, the original must be presented for verification).

- Health certificate issued by a health authority at district level or higher. The health certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of application submission.
