Notice on receiving and recruiting primary school teachers in Dien Chau

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 678/UBND-TH dated February 4, 2021 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the structure of titles, positions, number of people accepted, recruited, and contracted to work in agencies and units under Dien Chau district; The People's Committee of Dien Chau district announces the acceptance and recruitment of primary school teachers to work at school units under the People's Committee of Dien Chau district, specifically as follows:

I. NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO RECEIVE AND RECRUIT:

1. Recruitmentprimary school culture teacher:

- Quantity: 24 people

- Required professional qualifications: Graduated from University of Primary Education.

2. Receiving primary school culture teachers:

- Quantity: 10 people

- Required professional qualifications: Graduated from University of Primary Education.

- Priority in admission: Recognized as a grassroots Emulation Fighter; or recognized as achieving one of the following titles: Excellent Teacher, Excellent Homeroom Teacher, Excellent Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Team Leader from district level or higher.

II. STANDARDS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

1. General conditions:

- Must meet the standards of quality, professional expertise, and capacity as required by the job position and meet the following conditions regardless of ethnicity, gender, social class, belief, or religion to register for civil servant recruitment;

- Have Vietnamese nationality and reside in Vietnam;

- Age 18 or older;

- Have an application form (according to the prescribed form);

- Have clear background;

- Have appropriate degrees and training certificates as required for the position;

- Be in good health to perform the job or task.

3. The following persons are not eligible to apply:

- Loss of civil capacity or limited civil capacity;

- Being prosecuted for criminal liability; serving a criminal sentence or decision of the Court; being subject to administrative measures of being sent to a medical facility, educational facility, or reformatory school.

3. Specific conditions:

- In addition to the general conditions, candidates must ensure the conditions and standards of professional titles and recruitment positions according to current regulations of the State.

III. METHOD, FORM AND CONTENT OF RECRUITMENT:

1. Recruitment method: Made through selection.

2. Content and form of admission:

The content and form of the examination shall be implemented according to the provisions of Article 11, Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government. Specifically:

a. Round 1: Check the conditions and standards of the candidate registered in the Application Form according to the requirements of the job position. If suitable, the candidate will be allowed to participate in round 2.

b. Round 2:Test the knowledge and professional skills of civil servant candidates according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.

- Exam format: Interview.

- Score: 100 points.

IV. TIME AND PLACE FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS:

1. Time and place for submitting application:

- Application submission period: 30 days from July 12, 2021 to August 12, 2021.

- Place to submit application: Dien Chau District Internal Affairs Department (Block 3, Dien Chau Town, Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province).

2. Required documents:

a. For recruitment of primary school culture teachers:

- Application form (according to form 01 prescribed in Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 of the Government regulating the recruitment, use and management of civil servants). Candidates must fully declare the required contents in the application form up to the time of submission and must be responsible for the accuracy of the information declared in the application form.

- Copies of diplomas required for the applied position certified by competent authorities or organizations.

- Copies of priority documents (if any) certified by competent authorities or organizations.

b. For receiving teachers and civil servants from other places:

- Officials need to prepare 01 set of documents including:

+ Application for job transfer (signed and stamped by the management agency and direct management agency).

+ Document of approval for job transfer from the management agency and direct management agency.

+ Valid CV: With photo and confirmation from the head of the agency.

+ Notarized copies of diplomas and certificates as required for the job position.

+ Notarized copy of current salary decision.

+ Copy of decision to appoint current job title and position.

+ Notarized copy of household registration book, identity card.

+ Comments, evaluations, and classifications of civil servants for the last 3 years (as of the date of receiving the application).

+ Priority documents (if any).

Each candidate's application file is contained in a separate file bag, with the outside of the bag clearly stating the full name, address, contact phone number and a list of the types of documents and the number of files inside.

Unsuccessful applications will not be returned; Successful applicants must go directly to the recruiting agency to present original copies of Diplomas, Certificates, and other required documents to complete the recruitment application according to regulations.

In case the successful candidate does not complete the application documents as prescribed or commits fraud in declaring the application form or using diplomas and certificates that are not in accordance with regulations, the People's Committee of Dien Chau district will request the competent authority to cancel the successful candidate's application results and not accept the application form in the next recruitment period.

V. TIME AND LOCATION OF ADMISSION EXAMINATION:

The People's Committee of Dien Chau district will announce the time and place of the examination later.
