At this meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and concluded the following contents:

1.Reviewing and enforcing discipline against the Party Committee of the Provincial Center for Disease Control for the 2020-2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: In addition to the advantages in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic, the Party Committee of the Provincial Center for Disease Control has loosened its leadership and direction, violated the principle of democratic centralism, and lacked inspection and supervision, leading to violations in the organization of procurement of medical equipment, drugs and consumables.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on the Party's regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee voted to discipline the Party Committee of the Provincial Center for Disease Control for the 2020-2025 term by the form of Reprimand.

2.Considering the results of the inspection of the disciplinary action against comrade Nguyen Van The - former Head of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hung Nguyen district, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: The Standing Committee of the Hung Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2010 - 2015 term and related Party organizations and Party members in the process of reviewing and disciplining comrade Nguyen Van The violated the disciplinary procedure; incorrectly determined the content and nature of the violation;... The violations of the Standing Committee of the Hung Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2010 - 2015 term were serious enough to require review and handling of responsibility.

Request the Standing Committee of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee to cancel the decision to discipline comrade Nguyen Van The, and at the same time, direct to clarify the responsibilities of Party organizations and Party members with shortcomings and violations in advising on reviewing and disciplining comrade Nguyen Van The.

Comrade Nguyen Van The violated the law by declaring dishonest personal records, arbitrarily erasing official and civil servant records, and using illegal diplomas (arbitrarily erasing diplomas). Considering the content, nature, and level of the violation, based on the Party's regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee voted to discipline Comrade Nguyen Van The with a warning; at the same time, consider and handle the responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Hung Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term and the collectives and individuals involved in disciplining Comrade Nguyen Van The.

3.Considering the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Nghia Dan District Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to suspend Party activities of comrade Le Viet Phu - Member of the District Party Committee Executive Committee, Head of the Finance and Planning Department of Nghia Dan District because he was prosecuted and temporarily detained by the Investigation Police Agency, Provincial Police for the crime of "Abusing position and power while performing official duties" as prescribed in Article 356 of the Penal Code.

4.Also at this session, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and decided on a number of other matters within its authority.
