Through screening, My Ly Border Guard Station and Bac Ly Commune People's Committee discovered: Ms. Luong Thi Phuong (born in 1986), residing in Keo Pha Tu village, Bac Ly commune, is a businesswoman from China who returned to the locality for Tet holiday and is currently showing symptoms of fever and cough.
After digging up information, it was found that Ms. Luong Thi Phuong returned to Vietnam on December 15, 2019. For the past 3 weeks, Ms. Phuong has had symptoms of fever and cough. As an illegal worker, she herself did not know which province in China she worked in, but only remembered that "crossing the border, it takes 3-4 more days by car"...
My Ly Border Guard Station and Bac Ly Commune People's Committee immediately reported Ms. Phuong's case to Ky Son District People's Committee and received instructions to take Ms. Phuong to Ky Son District Medical Center for examination and health check-up on the afternoon of February 1, 2020.
