Prime Minister appoints personnel for the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government Inspectorate, and Hanoi National University
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed decisions to appoint the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Deputy Inspector General of the Government and Director of Hanoi National University.

Mr. Truong Hai Long was born in 1976, his hometown is Bac Ninh. Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Truong Hai Long held the position of Director of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees of the Ministry of Home Affairs from October 17, 2017. Before that, he was Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees.

Mr. Le Sy Bay was born in 1966, his hometown is Thanh Hoa. Before being appointed to the position of Deputy Inspector General, Mr. Le Sy Bay had held the positions of Deputy Director, then Director of Department I, Government Inspectorate.

Mr. Le Quan was born in 1974, his hometown is Binh Hai commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province. He has a doctorate in management science in France and was awarded the title of professor of economics in 2018.
Before being appointed by the Prime Minister as Director of Hanoi National University, Mr. Le Quan had held the following positions: Head of the Department of Human Resources Management (University of Commerce), Director of the Center for International Training and Education (University of Economics - Hanoi National University), Head of the Personnel Organization Department (Hanoi National University), Deputy Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province.
