Before being appointed as Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Mr. Truong Hai Long held the position of Director of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees of the Ministry of Home Affairs from October 17, 2017. Before that, he was Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees.
