Prime Minister appoints new personnel
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a decision to appoint Mr. Bui Hong Minh to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.
Mr. Bui Hong Minh is a member of the Standing Committee.Central Business Bloc Party Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Cement Corporation before being appointed Deputy Minister of Construction.

Mr. Bui Hong Minh was born in 1971, in Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province.
He has held the positions of General Director of Vietnam Cement Corporation, member of the Board of Members of Vietnam Cement Corporation; Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Cement Corporation; Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation; Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc.
During his career, Mr. Minh has achieved many achievements and made many contributions to the Vietnam Cement Corporation and the Vietnam Construction industry.
