The Government Office has just issued Official Dispatch No. 3306/VPCP-KGVX conveying the direction of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on implementing measures to support people facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Specifically, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc requested ministries, branches and localities to seriously grasp and implement Resolution No. 42/NQ-CP dated April 9, 2020 of the Government and Decision No. 15/2020/QD-TTg dated April 24, 2020 of the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister requested to ensure publicity, transparency, timeliness and accuracy; promote responsibility and be ready to explain to the National Assembly, the Government and the people; at the same time, carefully review the beneficiaries of the policy, ensuring that the total budget does not exceed the amount reported to the Government and the National Assembly Standing Committee, especially the support budget from the central budget.
The Prime Minister also requested ministries, branches and localities to promptly direct and provide specific instructions in writing if necessary for contents in the assigned management and operation fields (especially the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs).
The Prime Minister requested regular inspection and supervision of implementation in localities and units; not to take advantage of policies for profit, embezzlement, corruption, waste, and group interests; strictly handle violations, if any.
