The Prime Minister requested that Ministers and heads of sectors focus on completing the annual periodic program. In particular, Ministers and heads of sectors should consider any difficulties based on the practical situation, especially those issues that are not yet regulated by law but are required by practice, in order to supplement and resolve them.
“Law-making and institutional improvement are among the three strategic breakthroughs. Therefore, Ministers and members of the Government directly direct, spend adequate time, resources and efforts on law-making, ensure the progress and quality of this work, facilitate production, business, people and enterprises, and strengthen state management in all areas; avoid the situation where laws have to be revised as soon as they are made,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
