Hungarian Prime Minister says Russia-Ukraine conflict could end 'by tomorrow morning' if US wants
(Baonghean.vn) - Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that if the US wants, the conflict in Ukraine will end, and peace will come immediately tomorrow morning.

Speaking on Kossuth Radio, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the Russia-Ukraine conflict will end when the US wants it.
“If the US wants it, there will be immediate peace tomorrow morning. Why the US doesn’t want it – that’s the question the whole world is pondering. After all, Ukraine has fallen into a state: no money, no military industry, no production capacity of its own. The money comes mainly from military financial aid, also from the US and the West,” the Hungarian leader said.
According to Mr. Orban, if Washington says that they want peace, call for a ceasefire, and negotiations, then that will happen immediately. At the recent NATO Summit in Vilnius (Lithuania), Prime Minister Orban said that the alliance also did not receive an answer as to why Washington does not want to do that.
Prime Minister Orban also stated Hungary's unchanged position that NATO should not send troops to Ukraine and should not train the Eastern European country's army.
“Hungary’s position is clear, because the war is taking place in our neighboring region. Tens of thousands of Hungarians living in Transcarpathia are in imminent danger. NATO is a defense alliance established to protect its member states, not to carry out military actions on the territory of other countries,” Prime Minister Orban said.
