Prime Minister: Strictly handle illegal food speculation and hoarding

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just directed the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Hanoi People's Committee to request corporations, general companies and food suppliers to provide enough goods for supermarket systems and stores in Hanoi, to avoid shortages of goods.
The Prime Minister requested strict handling of illegal speculation and hoarding. The Prime Minister directly instructed the Northern Food Corporation, DABACO Group and CP Vietnam Livestock Joint Stock Company to provide enough rice and food for retailers in Hanoi.
The Prime Minister also requested the retail system to open to sell rice until 11 pm to meet the buying and selling needs of the people of the capital./.
