(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 8, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee worked with the departments and the Provincial Party Committee Office to evaluate the performance of the second quarter and deploy tasks for the third quarter of 2016. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.

In the second quarter of 2016, the Provincial Party Committee's departments and offices actively implemented work plans, promptly responding to the leadership and direction requirements of the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department reported on propaganda work in the second quarter of 2016.

In particular, it coordinated and directed the successful organization of the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2016-2021 term; continued to direct the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term.

Directing, guiding the propaganda, organizing activities to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the birth of comrade Ho Tung Mau; Consulting on reviewing and supplementing the planning of leaders and managers and introducing rotation for the 2015-2020 term; Receiving and handling 123 petitions, complaints, denunciations, reflections and recommendations from citizens.

Concluding the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son highly appreciated the positivity, proactiveness and quality of advice to the Standing Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Committees and Office with a huge workload. The activities of the Committees and Offices have a great impact on the general activities of the province, enhancing the leadership role of the Party organization.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Khoi - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission reported on mass mobilization work in localities.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also noted that some work progress was not timely, and requested that the Committees and Offices need to stay close to the grassroots to promptly grasp arising issues and advise on solutions.
