Working with the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation proposed to focus on promoting propaganda and effectively bringing the 4 important resolutions of the Politburo into life.
On the afternoon of July 11, the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with the Fatherland Front Committee and provincial-level socio-political organizations to hear about the results of the implementation of tasks in the second quarter and orientation of tasks and key tasks in the third quarter of 2025.
Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired the meeting.
Attending the meeting were leaders of the advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, who are also heads of socio-political organizations: Provincial Veterans Association, Provincial Women's Union, Provincial Farmers' Association, Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Youth Union; Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, Chairman of the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts.
Proactively carry out multiple tasks
The report on the evaluation of the work in the second quarter of 2025 affirms that the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have closely followed the programs and plans to effectively implement the assigned tasks. The focus is on promoting and diversifying propaganda activities, mobilizing people to implement programs, campaigns, and movements for socio-economic development, maintaining security, order, and social safety.
Notably, propaganda was carried out to create high consensus among all levels of the people on the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units and implementing the 2-level local government model; propaganda was carried out to promote the role of union members, association members, and people in contributing ideas to the Draft Political Report of the Party Congresses at all levels.
The staff of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the grassroots level have taken the lead and become the "core" force in supporting people in carrying out administrative procedures through the electronic environment.
The Provincial Women's Union has launched the "Digital Education for All" movement at all levels; the Provincial Youth Union has established 130 volunteer youth teams in 130 communes and wards and connected 35 volunteer youth teams from colleges and universities in and outside the province to support cadres, civil servants and people in the direction of "holding hands and showing them how to apply information technology".
In the second quarter, the movement to mobilize and support housing construction for the poor and people with housing difficulties in the province continued to be vigorously engaged by the entire political system, mobilizing the participation of all classes of people.
As of July 3, the whole province has completed support for the construction and repair of 20,452 houses, reaching 98.19% of the total demand for the 2023-2025 period of 20,828 houses.
At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also listened to representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations make recommendations and proposals on a number of issues related to the arrangement and assignment of personnel, payroll, as well as the settlement of regimes and policies for the staff of the Front and socio-political organizations at the commune level after the arrangement and merger; the mechanism for allocating and arranging operating funds for the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level when implementing the arrangement.
Request to focus on propagating 4 resolutions of the Politburo
Concluding the meeting, in addition to appreciating the positive and proactive spirit of the agencies of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and provincial-level socio-political organizations in implementing the common political tasks of the province and according to the functions and tasks of each agency; Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation also requested the agencies to be more proactive and active in implementing political tasks.
The focus is to continue to promote coordination in disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; in which, focusing on 4 resolutions of the Politburo: Resolution No. 57 on promoting science, technology and innovation; Resolution No. 59 on proactively integrating deeply into the international community; Resolution No. 68 on strongly developing the private economic sector; Resolution No. 66 on comprehensively innovating the work of building and enforcing laws.
At the same time, it is necessary to implement Directive No. 48, dated June 24, 2025 of the Secretariat on leading the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels, towards the National Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term; requiring the completion of the Commune-level Fatherland Front Congress before October 31, 2025 and the Provincial Fatherland Front Congress before December 31, 2025.

Conduct congresses of affiliated party organizations, towards the Congress of Delegates of the Provincial Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2025-2030 term; organize the 7th Congress of the Union of Science and Technology Associations for the 2025-2030 term.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh also requested the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to continue to accompany and support the People in applying information technology and digital transformation, meeting the requirements of operating the 2-level local government model to ensure efficiency, especially in handling administrative procedures, increasing the rate of handling administrative procedures online.
The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, especially after streamlining the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, socio-political organizations, and associations assigned by the Party and the State at the provincial and communal levels; strengthen supervision and social criticism, participate in giving opinions on Party building and government building, especially giving opinions on drafting Party Congress documents at all levels; play a good role as a bridge between the Party, the State and the People; strengthen the grasp and synthesis of reports on the situation, thoughts and aspirations of union members, association members and the People, promptly make recommendations to Party committees and authorities at all levels to remove obstacles and resolve them.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Thi Minh Sinh also assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to study and guide the consolidation, establishment and dissolution of socio-political organizations at the commune level when they cease operations at the district level, along with the arrangement, staffing and implementation of regimes and policies for Vietnam Fatherland Front officials and socio-political organizations after the arrangement.
The Department of Finance needs to provide guidance on the use of public assets for public service units and the allocation and arrangement of operating funds for the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations after the arrangement.
For the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, focus on perfecting the steering committees after the reorganization, at the same time, promote the application and improve the level of information technology for the grassroots Front staff, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
