The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee will meet and dialogue with the heads of Party committees and authorities of communes, wards and towns in the province.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee as Head of the Program Organizing Committee; Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission as Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee; Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman as Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee. Along with that, the Program Organizing Committee has 10 more members.

Organizing meetings and dialogues with heads of Party committees and authorities of communes, wards and towns in the province is one of the activities to implement Project No. 07-DA/TU dated November 24, 2021 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on innovation, improving the effectiveness of contact, dialogue and implementing the conclusions of heads of Party committees and authorities at all levels after contact and dialogue with people in Nghe An province in the period of 2021 - 2025.

Currently, Nghe An has 460 communes, wards and towns. At the meeting between the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Party Committees and the Provincial Party Committee Office last April, comrade Nguyen Manh Khoi - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Standing agency organizing the meeting and dialogue program, said that the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee is focusing on advising on the implementation of the program, with about 1,300 delegates expected to attend.

Previously, in May 2018, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee organized a meeting with 1,034 delegates who are leaders of Party committees and authorities of 480 communes, wards and towns (not yet merged into phase 1) in the province to acknowledge the provincial leaders' recognition of the efforts of grassroots comrades; to grasp more thoughts, aspirations and wishes from the grassroots.

This is also an opportunity for cadres to exchange, research, and learn from each other's experiences; to better understand policies and guidelines; working methods, leadership, and direction; to promote the role and strength of the grassroots; to strengthen solidarity and unanimity; to build trust, political will, and determination to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels from the grassroots to the provincial level.

On May 11, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee also successfully organized a dialogue conference with department-level leaders and experts in the Provincial Agencies Bloc to unify the awareness, viewpoints, and aspirations of the staff and party members and convey the will and political determination of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to achieve the highest level of goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, making Nghe An a fairly developed province in the country by 2030./.
