Gold shop was robbed of nearly 300 pairs of earrings
The owner of a gold shop in Ninh Hoa market told the police that thieves broke in and stole nearly 300 pairs of earrings, worth more than 1 billion VND.

The previous morning, Mr. Nguyen Gioan (52 years old) went to open the Bao Ngan gold shop in Dinh market, Ninh Hoa town (Khanh Hoa) and discovered that a thief had broken in. Everything inside was in disarray, the jewelry display case was broken into.
Through inventory, the store owner reported the loss of nearly 300 pairs of earrings and other jewelry with a total value of more than one billion VND.
Examining the gold shop, the police noted that there was a large hole in the side of the shop's rolling door. "The thief could have entered and escaped through this way," the investigator said.

The gold shop operates from 6am to 7pm. Security is monitored and supervised by the Market Management Board.There are no surveillance cameras at the store. "In more than ten years of selling jewelry, this is the first time I've been robbed," the gold shop owner said.
