Sending off soldiers who have completed their military service and returned to their hometowns
On the morning of January 15, at Regiment 764, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a farewell ceremony for soldiers who completed their military service and returned to their localities in 2025.
Attending the ceremony were Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan - Deputy Commander of the Provincial Military Command; heads of departments: Staff, Politics, Logistics - Engineering.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan praised and congratulated the soldiers who completed their military service and were discharged this time. He affirmed that the soldiers have always promoted the traditions of their units and hometowns, strived to study and train, completed all tasks well, and built a strong and comprehensive unit. At the same time, he hoped that when the soldiers returned to their localities, they would always comply with and encourage their families and local people to strictly implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State...
On this occasion, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command presented flowers and gifts to 10 outstanding comrades who excellently completed their tasks during their time in the army.

It is known that before that, the units had organized to provide full regimes and policies for the soldiers; at the same time, organized many meaningful activities to take care of the material and spiritual life of the demobilized non-commissioned officers and soldiers. The Provincial Military Command also coordinated with local Party committees and authorities to solemnly organize the welcoming ceremony for soldiers who had completed their military service and returned to their localities and organized counseling, job introduction, and gift giving to the demobilized soldiers at each facility.
