The Provincial Military Command organized the program 'Spring on the border, Tet for the poor in 2025' in Nam Giai

Attending the program were Colonel Nguyen Hong Loi - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; representatives of departments and offices of the Provincial Military Command; representatives of the leaders of Que Phong district and the Military Command of Que Phong district.

Nam Giai Commune is a poor border commune, located 20 km from the center of Que Phong district. The commune has 484 households, with 2,124 people, the majority of whom are Thai ethnic people; the livelihood of the people mainly depends on agriculture and forestry; the economic life of the people still has many difficulties.

The program "Spring in the border, Tet for the poor" has been organized since 2016. Since then, the Provincial Military Command has been closely associated with the communes in Que Phong district, contributing a small part to support the people, adding warmth and affection to the military-civilian relationship during each Tet holiday.

At the program, representatives of the Provincial Military Command presented 50 warm coats to 50 students; presented 55 gifts to 55 families in difficult circumstances. Each gift included necessities for Tet, candy and 500,000 VND. Although the gift was not large, it contributed to helping people have more expenses and necessities to celebrate the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025 happily and warmly.

Speaking at the program, Colonel Nguyen Hong Loi - Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: With the spirit of "Tet for the poor - no one is left behind", in the past time, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command have contributed a part of the budget to support the people of Nam Giai commune who are facing many difficulties. These are the hearts, feelings of mutual love, the good leaves cover the torn leaves ofarmed forcesprovince for families in difficult circumstances. So that everyone can have a warm, joyful and exciting Tet, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety, especially in border areas.

Also on this occasion, the delegation presented 20 gifts to 20 households in difficult circumstances and 5 gifts to 5 young men preparing to join the army in Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district./.
