Committee member standards:
The selection and introduction of personnel for the new Party Committee must thoroughly grasp Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW, dated May 19, 2018 of the 12th Party Central Committee on focusing on building a contingent of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the tasks; cadre standards stated in Regulation No. 89-QD/TW, dated August 4, 2017 of the Politburo on the framework of title standards, orientation of the framework of criteria for evaluating leaders and managers at all levels; Regulation No. 214-QD/TW, dated January 2, 2020 of the 12th Politburo on the framework of title standards, criteria for evaluating cadres under the management of the Central Committee, Politburo, and Secretariat; Regulations of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the framework of standards for titles and criteria for evaluating cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee (implemented according to Appendix 1 and instructions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee).
Time of age calculation:
Time to calculate age for joining the Party Committee (the time to start organizing Party Congresses at each level): Grassroots level in April 2025; direct superior level in June 2025; commune and ward level in July 2025; provincial level in September 2025.
