Mr. To Thanh Nhan - Head of Vinh Market Management Board said: It is not yet possible to estimate the damage to the people because currently the traders and functional forces are focusing on overcoming the flood. However, the most damaged areas are the West and East Communal Houses of Vinh Market with over 1,800 kiosks affected by heavy rain.
