The storm is moving mainly in the West-Northwest direction, traveling 15-20km per hour. It is forecasted that by 7pm today (August 21), the center of the storm will be at about 20.6 degrees North latitude; 123.0 degrees East longitude, about 320km North-Northeast of Luzon Island (Philippines). The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 9 (75-90km/hour), gusting to level 10-11.
