Nghe An Provincial Youth Union inaugurated the "Red Scarf House" in Nam Dan
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 20, Nghe An Provincial Youth Union held the inauguration ceremony of the "red scarf house" for the family of Le Van Tuan Anh - a 6A student at Tan Dan Secondary School, Hung Tien Commune, Nam Dan District.
Le Van Tuan Anh is a student with extremely difficult circumstances. His parents died early, and his three siblings have to depend on relatives in different places. Le Van Tuan Anh is currently living with his grandparents who are over 80 years old. Despite his difficult circumstances, he has always overcome difficulties to excel in his studies.

Faced with that situation, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union decided to support the family with 30 million VND to repair and rebuild the house. After nearly 1 month of construction, the house was handed over by the Provincial Youth Union and Provincial Youth Union in the presence of many local authorities and neighbors.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union supported the family with 1 breeding cow, 1 flock of chicks and some school supplies, worth 20 million VND.
This amount is taken from the "Small Plan" fund launched by the Provincial Youth Union in the form of collecting scrap.
