Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issues new project on orientation and handling of press information for the period 2021-2025

The project identifies the general goal of creating a synchronous change from thinking, awareness to action of Party committees and authorities at all levels regarding the role and importance of directing, orienting and managing press work. Continue to promote the important role and great effectiveness of the press in accompanying the development of the province.

Timely overcome limitations and shortcomings in the direction, orientation and management of the press; grasp the situation, forecast and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of direction and management of press work to help Party committees and authorities at all levels make correct decisions, strengthen people's trust in the Party's leadership, well implement socio-economic development goals, ensure national defense and security, contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress and the resolutions of congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

The project sets out specific tasks and solutions throughout the term. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee directed the establishment of a Steering Committee to implement the project, headed by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department presided over and coordinated with Party committees, departments, branches, sectors and relevant agencies and units to advise, guide, inspect and urge the organization and implementation of the project.

Annually, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department advises the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to organize a preliminary review, a final review and draw lessons. The provincial press agencies, internal newsletters of districts, cities, town committees, the Fatherland Front and organizations, and the Central Press Office in Nghe An increase news and articles, open special pages and columns reflecting the implementation of political tasks, economic and social development, security and defense of the province, localities and units; link the results of the Nghe An Press Awards, the Golden Hammer and Sickle Press Awards - Nghe An and the annual National Press Awards with the assessment of the effective implementation of the project in practice./.
