TNR Stars Dien Chau welcomes the first residents in the model urban area
(Baonghean.vn) - Urban infrastructure development plays an important role in the overall economic development strategy of Dien Chau district (Nghe An), in which, TNR Stars Dien Chau is considered a pioneering model urban area project, recently, this project welcomed its first residents.
Dien Chau completes the first goals in the urbanization strategy
Dien Chau is a coastal plain district located 40km north of Vinh city (capital of Nghe An province). In recent years, the economic restructuring model towards industry and services has brought Dien Chau remarkable development. Average income per capita by 2020 reached 53.7 million VND, 1.8 times higher than in 2015, among the highest among districts in the North Central region.
Experts believe that strong economic development will create momentum for the urbanization process of the district. The draft Land Use Plan of Dien Chau district for the period 2021 - 2039 clearly states the urbanization development orientation of the locality, in which attracting investment in building urban infrastructure, expanding new administrative centers... are the top goals towards establishing Dien Chau city in the future.
