(Baonghean.vn) - Due to the impact of storm No. 9, heavy rains lasting from yesterday, October 29, until this morning, have caused many localities in Nghe An to be deeply flooded. Many roads, bridges, and houses are deeply flooded. Floods are continuing to rise in many places in Nghe An.

In Nghi Loc district, heavy rain caused Nghi Hoa, Nghi Lam, Nghi My, Nghi Kieu communes and many roads to be deeply flooded, and many hamlets were isolated.
