Recently, the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee has brought many cases and incidents to the Steering Committee for monitoring, direction and strict handling with the spirit of "no forbidden zones, no exceptions", not accepting any illegal interference from any organization or individual.
One of the key tasks of the Steering Committee in 2022 is to focus on directing the completion of investigations of 16 cases, completion of verification and handling of 40 cases; prosecution of 20 cases; first-instance trial of 22 cases, and appeal trial of 1 case according to the Steering Committee's plan.
Especially focusing on directing the handling of the case that occurred at Viet A Company and other cases and lawsuits related to the medical field; cases and lawsuits that occurred in Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, An Giang...
Also in 2022, 10 key cases will be tried at first instance, including the case at Viet A Company, the case at Hanoi Heart Hospital and related units.../.
