Vinh City celebrates 70th anniversary of Party Inspection sector's tradition

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the 70-year tradition of the Party Inspection sector in general and the Vinh City Party Inspection sector in particular.

Identifying inspection, supervision and maintenance of Party discipline as important tasks in Party building and rectification, the Vinh City Party Committee Standing Committee issued Directive No. 01 on strengthening the Party's leadership over inspection and supervision work in the city's Party Committee; Vinh City Party Committee also strengthened inspection and supervision of sensitive areas, urgent, prominent and key issues of the locality.

Since the beginning of the term, the Party Committees at all levels in Vinh City have inspected and supervised 506 Party organizations and 310 Party members, and disciplined 2 Party Committee members by dismissal. The Inspection Committees at all levels have inspected 86 Party organizations and 92 Party members when there were signs of violations. The Party Committees at all levels and the City Party Committee Inspection Committee have disciplined 99 Party members. This has contributed significantly to building a clean and strong Party organization, promoting socio-economic development in the city.

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of its tradition, the Vinh City Party Committee's Inspection Commission was awarded a banner with the words: "Loyal, proactive, objective, impartial, effective" by the City Party Committee.
