Specifically, Vinh city will organize fireworks display at2 points, includeHo Chi Minh Squareand area72 meter road, from Truong Van Linh Street to Lenin Avenue. Funding source is socialized.

In addition, the city also organizes outstanding activities such as: "New Year's Eve” Spring Tan Suu 2021 at Ho Chi Minh Square; Tet and Spring activities at Central Park, Quyet Mountain Park, Nguyen Tat Thanh Park, Hong Son Temple,Quang Trung Temple, cultural houses of wards, communes, blocks and hamlets.
