At the ceremony, on behalf of the city's leaders, comrade Nguyen Van Lu respectfully presented the 70-year Party membership badge, presented flowers of congratulations and thanked comrade Dinh Van Lan for his contributions to the homeland and country; wished the veteran party member good health and set a good example for future generations, cadres and party members to learn from and follow.
