Vinh City handles the case of abusing shipper's license to go out during the epidemic

On the morning of August 21, through monitoring the situation on the internet, Vinh City Police discovered that Facebook account Nguyen Ngoc Duy Chung posted an article with the content "I made a card to travel. I don't ship, so don't call me these past few days asking if I ship, it's so confusing."
Attached to the article is a photo of the shipper's license card in the name of Nguyen Duy Chung issued by the People's Committee of Nghi Phu Commune, Vinh City.

Vinh City Police coordinated with the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control of Nghi Phu Commune to verify and invite the person with the above shipper card to the headquarters to work.
During the working process, Nguyen Duy Chung explained that because his family was in the business of selling goods, he requested a shipper license to ship goods for his family.
However, in addition to delivering goods, Chung also used his shipper card to go out for other personal needs. Nghi Phu Commune People's Committee has revoked Nguyen Duy Chung's shipper card. Vinh City Police have drawn up an administrative violation record and filed a case for handling according to regulations.
