Vinh City administratively fines woman for not wearing mask in public

Strictly implement the Government's direction on propaganda and mobilizing people to wear masks in public places, not gather in crowds... to join hands with the whole country to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic.

On the evening of March 31, while on patrol, the Hong Son ward police force warned and administratively fined Ms. Ho Thi Th. (born in 1974), residing in Quang Trung block, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city, for not wearing a mask in public - on Ngo Duc Ke street, block 67, Hong Son ward.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hong Son Ward has decided to impose an administrative fine of VND 200,000 on Ms. Ho Thi Th. according to Point a, Clause 1, Article 11, Decree 176/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013, regulating administrative sanctions in the health sector.
