According to information from people present at the scene, when the tractor trailer with license plate 37C-257.18 traveling from Do Luong to Tan Ky was turning the wheel to prepare to enter a narrow corner, a car with license plate 37A-529.41 traveling in the opposite direction had just arrived at the above mentioned road section.
Seeing the tractor trailer, the car driver swerved to avoid a collision and the car plunged into the ditch.
