At the end of the contest, the whole province had 227/227 units and localities participating in the contest (accounting for 100%), with 1,346,193 entries (an increase of 549,047 entries, equivalent to 59% compared to 2022), of which 906,056 entries achieved the maximum score (15/15 points) (accounting for 67.3%).

According to the Organizing Committee, the Contest was a great success and ensured quality, efficiency, practicality and economy. This demonstrated the contestants' self-awareness, sense of responsibility and serious attitude.

Administrative reform work is identified by the Resolution of the 19th Nghe An Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025 as one of the three strategic breakthroughs of the province. Accordingly, in recent times, the province has issued resolutions, programs, and projects to focus on implementing leadership and direction.
Administrative reform in the province has achieved positive results, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province. Policy mechanisms continue to be improved; administrative procedures are simplified, publicized, transparent, reducing implementation time and costs, creating more convenience for people and businesses.

The Provincial People's Committee organized the Online Contest "Learn about administrative reform in Nghe An province" in 2023, aiming to continue to propagate and raise awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, businesses and people in the province about the importance of administrative reform, creating positive changes in the ranking of administrative reform indicators of the province in the coming time.
The contest is a large-scale legal activity across the province, attracting a large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers of agencies, units and people from all walks of life in the province to participate.

The success of the Contest is not only reflected in the quantity and quality of entries, but more importantly, through it, it creates a movement to learn about contents related to administrative reform, raising awareness and understanding of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and people in the province in administrative reform work.
However, according to the assessment of the Organizing Committee of the contest, some units have not proactively implemented propaganda and popularization of the contest to cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, so some agencies and units, especially those belonging to the University, College, Secondary School, and High School sectors, have a small number of contestants.

The awareness and responsibility of some contestants when participating in the contest are still limited, so there are still cases of answering questions emotionally and carelessly, participating in a few rounds to have an entry, and the quality of the entries is not high.
Some civil servants, public employees, students, and citizens use virtual software to interfere with the automatic exam system to increase the number of exams, despite being warned by the Organizing Committee to eliminate exams, but it still continues.

Based on the rules and results of the competition, the Organizing Committee advised the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision to recognize and award prizes to 04 collectives that won weekly prizes, 05 collectives that won prizes through 04 weeks of competition and 61 individuals with 64 prizes in the Competition, including 04 First prizes, 08 Second prizes, 12 Third prizes and 40 Encouragement prizes, with a total prize value of 71 million VND.
