Awarding Certificate of Merit to the only team leader of Nghe An to win the 2021 Pink Swallow Award

On May 15, 2021, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers issued Decision No. 15 - N/HDĐTW on recognizing outstanding teachers in charge of the Young Pioneers who won the 2021 Pink Swallow Award for teacher Nguyen Sy Bang - Teacher in charge of the Young Pioneers at Tan Dan Secondary School (Nam Dan district).

This is a noble award of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers to honor and reward Teachers - Young Pioneers with outstanding achievements in Young Pioneer work across the country, contributing to encouraging, cheering, and creating motivation for the team of Teachers - Young Pioneers to continue to strive to practice, improve and grow.

With nearly 20 years of working in the Youth Union, teacher Nguyen Sy Bang has made many contributions to education in general and the work of the Team Leader in particular. In particular, before achieving the Red Swallow Award in 2021, for many consecutive years he has achieved many valuable achievements such as: Title of Excellent Team Leader at Provincial level, Level 1 Central Trainer, recognized with a Certificate of Merit from the Central Youth Union at Kim Dong Training Camp as a Team Leader expert - Valedictorian of Kim Dong Training Camp. In the 2018-2019 school year, teacher Nguyen Sy Bang was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Central Youth Union Executive Committee for his outstanding achievements in Team work, in the 2019-2020 school year he was honored to receive the title of "Outstanding Team Leader Teacher nationwide".

For the Tan Dan Secondary School Union, under the leadership of Mr. Nguyen Sy Bang with many rich and practical activities, the House Union has achieved the title of Strong Union for many years in a row, always leading in emulation movements and receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Central Youth Union. From those activities, it has contributed to making the Union activities and children's movement of Nam Dan district always the leading flag of Nghe An province.

Representatives of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Young Pioneer Council and representatives of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province, authorized by the Central Young Pioneer Council and the Ministry of Education and Training, presented a Certificate of Merit, a Certificate and a Cup to teacher Nguyen Sy Bang this morning.
