That was the content stated by the leaders of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province at the conference to review the first 6 months of the year, deploy work for the last 6 months of the year and inspect, survey and exchange experiences in the activities of the Emulation Cluster of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation of the North Central provinces, which took place on the morning of July 7.

In general, in the first 6 months of 2017, thanks to the attention and regular direction of the National Assembly Office, the Emulation and Reward Council, the Department of Organization and Personnel; the leaders of the National Assembly Delegation of provinces, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation of provinces in the emulation cluster have united, strived, overcome difficulties, devoted themselves to work, actively studied, researched, grasped practical knowledge, improved and innovated working methods, improved work efficiency, and well performed political tasks and emulation movements.

The Office of the National Assembly Delegation of the provinces has advised and served the National Assembly Deputies to effectively carry out the activities of drafting laws; monitoring and surveying activities; meeting voters; receiving citizens and handling petitions, monitoring and urging the settlement of complaints and denunciations; coordinating to serve the activities of the National Assembly Deputies and the National Assembly Delegation at the 3rd session of the 14th National Assembly...

The Offices in the cluster have organized and implemented emulation movements launched by the Office of the National Assembly such as "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas" for the period 2016-2020, "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind"... Many emulation movements launched by the Offices such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Good consultants, good service",...

However, at the conference, the Emulation Cluster of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation of the provinces identified some shortcomings and limitations such as: consulting work on the field of emulation and rewards is not in-depth due to lack of human resources, exchanging experiences on emulation and rewards between the Offices is not regular, etc.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Nhat Minh - Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province said that the Office of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province has strived to complete the assigned political tasks in the first 6 months of the year, especially doing a good job of advising and serving the provincial National Assembly Deputies in contacting at 45 locations, with about 2,500 voters, receiving 450 opinions and recommendations from voters.

In addition, the Office of the Delegation continued to perform well the advisory work, serving the National Assembly Deputies in receiving citizens periodically, in 6 months received 183 petitions out of 106 cases, advising the leaders of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies to handle them according to regulations. The work of reforming administrative procedures, innovating working methods and procedures in the Office has been directed to be implemented seriously and effectively.

Representing the leadership of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, Deputy Head of the Delegation Nguyen Thanh Hien praised and acknowledged the dedication and responsibility of the Delegation Office in carrying out political tasks, providing good advice, and attentively serving the activities of the National Assembly Deputies in the first months of the year. He also emphasized that the staff and specialists working in the office of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province as well as the delegations of the National Assembly Deputies in the Emulation Cluster need to strive and further improve their professional capacity in the face of many difficulties.

The conference also received the discussion opinions of the members of the Emulation Cluster, shared experiences in organizing emulation movements, creative and effective ways in launching and organizing emulation movements associated with implementing political tasks, thereby completing the draft report summarizing the first 6 months of the year, deploying the work of the Emulation Cluster for the last 6 months of the year and concluding the inspection, survey and experience exchange of the Emulation Cluster in 2017.
