Sticking to the theme of the Traffic Safety Year 2017, "Building traffic culture among youth" with the spirit of "Human life is above all", the works have demonstrated meticulous research and creativity from the topic to the method of expression. Many genres such as: reportage, reflection, dialogue, interview,... are topical, exploited from many angles, frankly pointing out the limitations, thereby deeply analyzing the causes, warning of potential risks of traffic accidents. The works bring readers clear messages, while also being imbued with profound humanity.

Recognizing and appreciating the important contributions of the press agencies in the province in the work of propaganda, education, and dissemination of laws, especially contents related to traffic safety issues to all classes of people in the past time, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Thanh Dien requested the press agencies to constantly innovate in content and form suitable for each subject, age, and region, so that all activities promote effectiveness and practicality to each person.

On this occasion, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also called on press agencies in the province and central press agencies located in the area to actively participate in and respond to the contest "Press writing on Traffic Safety in 2018".
