The 2018 Young Propaganda Contest on President Ho Chi Minh's Teachings and Outstanding Works at Military Region 4 has 25 teams, divided into 3 clusters. The three teams with the highest results in the 3 clusters are the Political Department, Division 324, and Nghe An Provincial Military Command, and will participate in the final round.

In the final round, in the greeting round, the teams flexibly applied art forms to introduce the functions, tasks, outstanding characteristics and traditions of the agency, unit and locality.

In the competition to propagate Uncle Ho's teachings, the units flexibly applied various forms of dramatization (singing, dancing, plays, skits, Vi-Giam folk songs, etc.) to propagate the typical teachings of President Ho Chi Minh, connecting and applying them to the current practices of agencies, units, and localities.

In the competition to promote the typical works of President Ho Chi Minh, the information and communication teams from the teams conveyed the main contents about the context of the work's creation, main content, and the position and significance of the work in the current practice of the unit... Typically, the Information and Communication Team of the Political Department promoted the work "President Ho Chi Minh's Testament"; the Information and Communication Team of Division 324 promoted the work "Declaration of Independence"; the Information and Communication Team of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command promoted the work "Prison Diary".

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Political Department's Information and Communications Team; Second Prize to the 324th Division's Information and Communications Team; Third Prize to the Nghe An Provincial Military Command's Information and Communications Team; and a Certificate of Merit from the Military Region's Political Commissar to the Logistics Department's Information and Communications Team as the unit with the best performance in propagating Uncle Ho's Teachings.
