(Baonghean.vn) - On June 9, at Muong Noc commune (Que Phong), authorized by Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command and district leaders presented Party badges to party members in the area.
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command presented the 75-year Party membership badge to Party member Tran Van Ton, born on August 19, 1928.

Comrade Tran Van Ton, hometown Thach Son commune, Anh Son district, joined the Party on January 17, 1949 and officially on September 5, 1950, currently active in the Trung Son hamlet Party cell, Muong Noc commune (Que Phong).
Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia also awarded the 60-year Party membership badge to party member Ha Huy Nhan, born on May 19, 1939, hometown Muong Noc commune, Que Phong district, who joined the Party on April 16, 1962. Comrade Ha Huy Nhan is currently active in the Na Phay village Party cell, Muong Noc commune (Que Phong).
Also at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia awarded the 55-year Party membership badge to party member Nguyen Van Nam, born on October 10, 1946, and joined the Party on March 4, 1967. Comrade Nguyen Van Nam is from Nghi Quang commune, Nghi Loc district, and is currently active in Phong Quang hamlet Party cell, Muong Noc commune (Que Phong).
