Giving many Mid-Autumn gifts to children in difficult circumstances in Do Luong and Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - On September 27, all levels, sectors and units in the province organized many meaningful activities such as visiting and giving many Mid-Autumn gifts to children in difficult circumstances in Do Luong and Vinh city.
*The leaders of Do Luong district gave Mid-Autumn gifts to children in difficult circumstances in communes and towns.
On this occasion, the delegation of district leaders and leaders of 33 communes and towns presented gifts from the District Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to 198 children. In addition to the gifts, each child received an additional 1 million VND.
At the families, the leaders of the district and localities visited and encouraged the children. Organizing gifts on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival is a meaningful and practical activity showing the care and concern of Do Luong district for children, especially those in especially difficult circumstances, helping them to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival happily and warmly.
*The Thanh Vinh Charity Group of Loving Porridge has connected with kind-hearted people to support gifts and organize visits, encouragement and giving candy, cakes, milk, and cash to 160 children being treated at the Pediatrics Department of Vinh City General Hospital, Branch 1, Lung Hospital, Traditional Medicine Hospital, Nghe An Hematology - Blood Transfusion Center, with the desire to bring joy and warm sharing to the patients.
Previously, the Volunteer Group organized a Mid-Autumn Festival program and gave gifts to orphans and disabled children at orphanage and disabled centers in Nghi Dien commune, Nghi Loc district. The children had a warm and loving Mid-Autumn Festival thanks to the sympathy and sharing of human love.
