Awarding the decision to appoint the Director and Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Publishing House

(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of October 7, in Vinh city, the announcement and awarding ceremony of the Decision to appoint the Director and Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Publishing House took place.

Attending the announcement ceremony were comrades: Le Minh Thong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Kha Van Tam, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and representatives of relevant departments and branches.

Comrade Le Minh Thong spoke at the ceremony.

Accordingly, based on Decision No. 4538/QD-UBND and Decision No. 4537/QD-UBND dated September 19, 2016 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman, the Decision appoints Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc to the position of Director of Nghe An Publishing House and Mr. Ho Van Son to the position of Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Publishing House.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Minh Thong sent his congratulations to the newly appointed Director and Editor-in-Chief of the Publishing House. At the same time, he hoped that in their new positions, the two comrades would inherit and promote the traditions and experiences of their predecessors to implement the Publishing House's activities in an innovative direction in the context of a highly competitive and volatile publishing market.

Comrade Le Minh Thong presented the appointment decision to Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc and Mr. Ho Van Son.

Receiving the guidance of the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the two new directors and Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Publishing House promised to make continuous efforts to organize and build a team of staff to coordinate effectively in each stage of operation (editing, design, printing, distribution). Thereby improving the quality of books, maintaining the brand, contributing to building Nghe An Publishing House to develop more and more strongly.

Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc was born in 1978. Before being appointed, she held the position of Deputy Director of the Publishing House. Mr. Ho Van Son was born in 1960. Before being appointed, he was Deputy Director and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Publishing House.

Previously, implementing Decision No. 2328/QD-UBND of the Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee, from May 26, 2016, the Publishing House officially became a public service unit under the Provincial People's Committee, marking a very important transformation of the unit.
