On May 21, 2019, the Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (Ministry of Justice) signed Decision No. 579/QD-TCTHADS on appointing Mr. Nguyen Hoai An - Intermediate Enforcement Officer of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Nghe An province to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement of Nghe An province from June 1, 2019.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Luc - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (Ministry of Justice) shared the difficulties and challenges of Nghe An when each year it has to handle nearly 20,000 cases, recover over 1,000 billion VND and it is expected that in the coming time, many civil and economic disputes will arise.

Therefore, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement (Ministry of Justice) Nguyen Van Luc hopes that comrade Nguyen Hoai An as well as leaders of agencies, departments and branches of Nghe An province will continue to pay more attention to civil judgment enforcement work, support and help each other to successfully complete assigned tasks.

From 2003 - 2005: Officer of Anh Son District People's Procuracy.

From 2005 - 2010: Primary Prosecutor, Nghi Loc District People's Procuracy.

From 2010 - 2014: Prosecutor, Department of Prosecution Practice, investigation and prosecution of security and drug cases (Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy).

From 2014 - 2016: Deputy Chief of General Office of the Internal Affairs Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

From 2016 to present: Secretary of the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the General Department of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
