(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 16, the Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.

Attending the announcement ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Quang Huy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Also attending were comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Party Building Committees of the Provincial Party Committee and a number of departments and branches, and leaders of Quy Hop district.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation presented the decision to transfer and appoint Comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board.

According to Decision No. 838/QD-TU dated December 8, 2016, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee mobilized and assigned comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Quy Hop District Party Committee to cease participating in the Executive Committee of Quy Hop District Party Committee, to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board from December 15, 2016.

Speaking at the ceremony to hand over the appointment decision, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the contributions of comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh in her position as Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, who was transferred to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Hop district and then Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee. In particular, during her time working in Quy Hop, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh created many exciting activities and many improvements in production and business in the area.
